AAIE CONFERENCE CANCELLED
Dear AAIE members,
Due to the COVID 19 travel restrictions advised by the UA system and the current quarantine measures in place throughout the country, the AAIE committee has made the decision to cancel the state meeting scheduled for April 9th at UAB. This has obviously been a difficult time for all in the field of international education, and it is unfortunate that we cannot meet in person to discuss current events and support one another. We will continue to stay in communication and plan to provide training and networking opportunities throughout the next year.
To sponsors and those who registered and already sent payment, we will contact you directly regarding refunds. Please know, there may be a processing fee for the refund and it will likely take 2-3 weeks due to the spring break holidays. Thank you for all you do for international education in Alabama. We wish you all the best during these uncertain times, and hope to see you all at future AAIE events.
Kind Regards,
2020 AAIE Committee
